Welcome to Apollo Music Education (“the Platform”). The Platform provides an online learning environment where individuals (“Users”) can access and participate in various courses and educational content. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Platform.

All course content made available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, videos, quizzes, and assignments, is the intellectual property of the respective instructors or the Platform. Users may access course content solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Users shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit course content for any purpose without prior written permission from the Platform or the respective instructors.

4. User Conduct

4.1 Compliance

Users agree to use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. Users shall not engage in any unlawful, harmful, or abusive conduct that interferes with the operation of the Platform or the rights of other Users.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

Prohibited Activities: Users shall not engage in any of the following activities:

Uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing upon intellectual property rights.
Impersonating any person or entity or falsely representing affiliation with any person or entity.
Interfering with or disrupting the Platform’s functionality or security.
Collecting or harvesting personal information of other Users without their consent.

Users shall communicate with instructors and other Users in a respectful and professional manner, refraining from any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior.

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1 Pricing

The Platform may offer courses or learning materials for a fee. Prices are displayed on the Platform and are subject to change at our discretion.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment processor.

5.3 Refunds

As we are still a start-up Company we are not able to issue any refunds at the moment. We will reconsider this in the near future. Please sign up for our trial Courses prior to subscribing to any course on our Platform.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Platform or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
